Some Android devices prevent the VIITA app from sending notifications to your watch. Most of the time, the reason is some kind of battery optimization. You have to exempt the VIITA App and the app from which you want to get notifications from battery optimization. It might be possible that these settings are lost when updating the VIITA app or your operating system. In this case, you have to set this setting again.
